We decided to pick AJ Reid Estate Agents to sell our beautiful 5 bedroom home. Being a large period property with a high price for the local area, we wanted an estate agent that would be proactive and actually get the house sold rather than just sit back and wait for someone to just turn up so to speak. When we first met Jonathan Reid, both my wife and I were immediately impressed with his 'get your sleeves rolled up and get stuck in' attitude to house selling, as well as his professional yet endearing approach. It was these factors that made up our mind to use AJ Reid and they certainly lived up to our expectations, even managing to get a viewing on the very same day the house went on the market. Jonathan and his teams relentless energy and passion for selling our house never wained they managed to secure an offer for the price we wanted within just a few weeks and even though we were at the top of a chain, they kept the pressure on right down the whole chain to keep the communication lines open brilliantly which can often fail in a chain, but not with AJ Reid, their tireless efforts and enthusiasm kept us all sane at a very stressful time and they got the job done brilliantly.
